This hotel should be avoided !! On arrival, the hotel clerk immediately explained that the room I booked for $79 was terrible (E.G. no toilet in the room) and that I should instead pay $100 for a better room. When I did upgrade, he said the credit card machine was not working and I needed to pay cash. This is an issue reported by numerous other guests.

      Getting out of there.

Customer service was bad. Air conditioning didn't work and they didn't do anything to fix it. Bed was small. Bathroom had a leak which made the floor wet. Bathtub but no plug or water hot enough for a bath. All the staff was concerned about was getting their money. They could care less about their customers.

the location is ok, in the center of Tel aviv where the distance form beach about 15-20minutes. terriable service and the unhelpful.breakfast never on time. the airconditioner in the room is controled by the front desk that always tell them to turn on it .

It is very poor and dirty hotel. People who prepare breakfast don't speak english. I had room without window where the bathroom was a part of the room. I don't recommends the hotel. It should cost 40$ and without stars. I don't know wha gave the 2 stars!

The hotel is located in the very city centre of Tel-Aviv, you can reach every spot very soon; what is more, very friendly and responsive-always ready to help you if you have any problems.

It might be a good idea for the hotel to improve the cleanliness of the rooms and make their breakfast menu richer through including more hot dishes options.

      Nothing. Everything was bad.

To start, the recepcionist was not friendly, the room stinks, bathroom was dirty and the shower very very dirty with green things on the wall. Very expensive hotel for what they offer.

    • Couple

Excellent location but the place itself is not to be any minute longer as you need for sleep and quick shower in the morning.

There is no credit cards acceptance at all even if you see terminal at the reception They will ask You to run to the ATM (next block). Be prepared for small maintenance by yourself in case you need to switch the AC on or do not be surprised when you move your bed and see different wall or floor colors. Bathroom will be another experience! Enjoy :)

THe location. It is very convenient.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were unhelpful. I paid more than the price quoted over the internet and thet tried to charge me even more. The rooms were cleaned twice in 10 days. I had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper. It was noisy, it was unclean.

The worse hotel I ever saw in my life (and I am 56!) Dirty (room, towels), the room seemd not to be ever cleaned after the previous tourists. I was asked to pay cash and it was a long story to get an receipt! Terible smell in the bathroom. Door was not closing nor locking! Dirty restaurant! Part of the "hotel" was under construction (noise, dust & all possible inconveniences). I firmly ask Booked.net to check the hotels they are presenting! This experience was the most horrible nightmmare in my life.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location.

The staff were useless and English wasn't spoken very well. No elevator, no help with bags. The cc machine was conveniently broken when I checked in. After making a fuss about it, it miraculously started working. The toilet was lodged in between the enormous (yet filthy) bathtub and the bathroom sink, making it damn near impossible and very uncomfortable to use (standing or sitting). The tap for the bathroom was so close to the sink that I could barely get my hands wet.

Very bad hotel. Breakfast is awful. Service is bad. Payment was not at the price for which I booked. I paid 145 dollars more. I do not advise anyone to book this hotel
